Job Description
BASF is seeking a Deputy Manager - Sales, PU Footwear, Performance Materials in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for implementing the Value Chain hunting strategy to identify new polyurethane (PU) projects with Taiwanese, Korean and Chinese transplants, building strong relationships with key shoe factories, and driving the growth of the PU business. The position involves collaboration with the VN team and global account teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Business Administration or related subject.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing/product development experience, preferably in the footwear industry.
- Profound knowledge of footwear value chain materials/manufacturing or product development.
- Experience in cross-regional team environment.
- Good knowledge of Polyurethanes (especially footwear industry).
