- good manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a secure appearance
- good communication and formulation skills, as well as an interest in foreign cultures and languages
- developed contact skills and customer orientation

- joy in commercial activities, as well as in planning and organizing
- first experiences in the gastronomy are desirable

- Remuneration: salary in the first training year € 1,147 per month; in the second € 1,232 and in the third € 1,343
