Job Description
We are looking for a F&B Training Specialist to support our team at Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and personnel development in the hotel industry, as well as strong guest and service orientation, enthusiasm, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in the field of training / personnel development
- Operational experience at least on supervisor level in the higher hotel industry
- Outstanding guest and service orientation
- Enthusiasm, communication strength, and creativity
- Ability to discover and promote talents
- Distinctive operational approach in the implementation of training
- Self-employed and accurate work, decision-making, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented and self-motivated working method
- Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
