Job Description
BASF in the agricultural sector is seeking a Human Resources Management Internship for a 3-6 month period from January 1, 2026. This internship will focus on supporting HR initiatives, shaping Employer Value Proposition, and managing talent management. The role involves practical learning, team work, and networking.
Requirements
- Involved in a student in the field of business economics, social sciences or a related field
- Experience with proven process and organizational skills
- First work experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
- Very good communication skills in German and English
