Join our 18-24 month trainee program and gain hands-on experience in HR activities. Work on operational and strategic challenges, support HR units, and take on independent projects. Includes a stay abroad of 3-6 months.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR-Management / -Analytics, (business) psychology, economics with a focus on HR and organization, personnel management, or similar subjects
• Practical experience in People & Culture (HR) environment
• International experience via semester abroad, internships, or comparable experiences
• Affinity with digitalization and IT transformation
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
