Requirements
- Master's degree in HR-Management / -Analytics, (business) psychology, economics with a focus on HR and organization, personnel management, or similar subjects
- Practical experience in People & Culture (HR) environment
- International experience via semester abroad, internships, or comparable experiences
- Affinity with digitalization and IT transformation
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
