Job Description
As a Human Resources Trainee, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the entire Employee Lifecycle: from Recruiting to Employee Management to Exit. You will learn about Talent Acquisition Management, Executive Search & Employer Branding, HR-Operations, and HR Key-Stone Project.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable study program
- Passion for HR topics and dynamic environment
- Ideally, some HR experience through internships or as a work student
- Reliable contact person and authentic team player
- Structured, independent, hands-on, and goal-oriented work
- Verifiable German knowledge (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level)
