Job Description
Join the Coatings Services division of BASF in France as a Sales Administration Assistant. Your main responsibilities include treating messages, contributing to customer account openings, creating and maintaining monthly subscription contracts, and managing customer complaints. You will also process orders during peak activity periods and maintain relationships with customers by phone.
Requirements
- bac +2 or bac +3 in sales administration or a diploma equivalent
- good knowledge of computer tools, including the Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- organized, autonomous, and strong team and adaptability spirit
- attentive and good communication skills
