BASF/Chemetall is looking for an Industry Sales Specialist - Metalworking Fluids to join their Sales team. This is a remote position that covers North America, responsible for growing sales by providing the whole array of Metalworking Fluids products as systematic up/cross-selling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or business administration
- Experience in Metal Working Fluids is required
- High level of efficiency in sales process
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Sales acumen (account & relationship management, value-based selling, etc.)
- Customer focus
- Organizational awareness
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong collaboration mindset
- Flexibility and ability to travel up to 50%, 25% overnight travel
