Job Description
This role is for an Asst. Night Operations Team Lead, responsible for executing tasks throughout the store to provide excellent customer service and maintain store operations. This includes stock and merchandising, order placement, and monitoring product pricing and safety. The role requires a friendly and capable individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Directing night crew personnel
- Communicating with store team and merchandising manager
- Ordering product for grocery and non-foods stock
- Stocking and merchandising general department products
- Unloading trailers, receiving merchandise, and auditing products
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Monitoring product pricing and signage
- Performing perishable product rotation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
