Job Description
The Meat Cutter position involves day-to-day operations in the meat department, providing excellent customer service and maintaining product quality. Requirements
- Ordering, cutting, grinding, slicing, weighing, wrapping and labeling according to food safety standards
- Handling, cutting, trimming and wrapping meat products safely
- Understanding and using meat department equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Proficiency with knife and other cutting tools
