Job Description
This position is for a Food City Meat Cutter to operate daily in meat and seafood departments, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high food safety standards. The role involves cutting, slicing, and weighing meat products, maintaining cleanliness, and offering helpful product information. A Meat Cutter will be responsible for handling product shrinkage, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ordering, cutting, grinding, slicing, weighing, wrapping, and labeling meat products.
- Properly handling, cutting, trimming and wrapping techniques.
