Job Description
This position requires a Baker to perform a variety of tasks within the Bakery department, including food safety, production, merchandising, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for baking, decorating, and maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring product quality and adhering to established procedures. It's a flexible role offering both stability and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, frying, decorating, finishing, and merchandising.
- Loading and unloading the oven.
- Understanding product pricing, signage, and placement.
- Keeping a clean and orderly work area.
- Helping in wrapping, boxing, weighing, and stocking bakery products.
