Job Description
This position is for a Bashas' Cake Decorator, responsible for day-to-day bakery operations and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves icing sheet cakes, customer interaction, food preparation, and maintaining sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is friendly, food-conscious, and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Icing sheet cakes and decorating with spatulas, icing bags and icing tips
- Providing memorable customer service
- Cleaning, Food Safety, Safety and Sanitation
- Production, Merchandising, and Quality Control
- Stocking, Rotating, and Merchandising Department Products
- Physical demands including standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs.
