Job Description
The Meat Cutter is responsible for executing daily operations in the Meat and Seafood departments, providing excellent customer service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting production and merchandising. They must be reliable, friendly, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap, and label meat products.
- Maintain meat department tools and equipment safety standards.
- Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement.
- Maintain a clean and orderly meat counter.
- Help with preparing ready to go meat products.
