Job Description
Bakers at Bashas’ are responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks within the Bakery department, including mixing, baking, decorating, and merchandising. They must maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and offer excellent customer service while providing an unwavering commitment to quality and safety. The position also requires managing product inventory and ensuring all bakery products are properly displayed and priced.
Requirements
- Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, frying, decorating, finishing and merchandising quality bakery products.
- Loading and unloading the oven.
- Scaling cakes and cupcakes.
- Assisting in the ordering and receiving of bakery products.
- Controlling product inventory and managing supplies.
