Job Description
Join Basic Capital, a fintech company disrupting the $1T retirement industry, as a founding member of the Data & Reporting team. You will design and build data pipelines, automate compliance reporting, and develop customer-facing reporting systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT workflows
- Proficiency with SQL and experience designing data models for analytics and reporting
- Experience with modern data warehouse platforms and data transformation tools
- Experience with data visualization tools and building dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript
- Experience with modern build systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
