Job Description
We are looking for a Control Room Security Operator to secure Basic-Fit sports clubs remotely using intelligent (AI) cameras and high-end technology. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment to detect and respond to security incidents, and providing customer service and investigative work.
Requirements
- Work experience in a call centre, emergency call centre or making business phone calls
- Good command of German and English languages (Dutch, Spanish and/or French is a plus)
- Availability for 24 hours a week
- Willingness to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends, holiday periods and public holidays
