Job Description
Workday Application Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday environment, translating business requirements into smart, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of Workday experience
- Deep knowledge of Workday, ideally with a focus on one or more modules: HCM Core, Time & Absence, Time Tracking, or Reporting.
- Strong technical skills in automation and system configuration.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
- Experience in an Agile environment is an advantage.
- A structured, organized working style with strong communication skills.
