Job Description
Basis is looking for a GTM Associate/Analyst to work directly alongside the Head of Sales and frequently alongside the CEO and founders. The role involves owning the operating rhythm of the sales org, producing work product, and getting inside active deals. The right person is a high-IQ generalist with 1-6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
Requirements
- 1-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical background
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- High agency and ability to identify what needs to happen and make it happen
- Low ego and willingness to support someone else's success
