Job Description
Seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our OB-GYN practice.
Requirements
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records programs (EPIC preferred)
- Customer service experience in a medical or clinical setting
- Experience managing multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience working with Medicare, HMO, and PPO insurance payers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
