High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in a high-speed industrial production environment

3 years of electronics experience, A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology or related field, advanced troubleshooting skills, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

Strong communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills, with experience in brand/project management and marketing

University degree, 3-4 years of manufacturing experience, project management experience, IWS methodology experience, strong communication and influencing skills

Qualified high school diploma, handicraft skills, and technical understanding

Management experience in the Finnish market, strong leadership skills, ability to thrive in a transformative environment

Successful vocational training, several years of experience, and basic PC knowledge required

Faculty degree or higher vocational education technical (mechanical orientation) and experience in a similar position in the field of production are required

Vocational training, 2-5 years of experience, basic PC knowledge, forklift certificate, physical fitness, good communication skills

Mechanical experience, computer skills, and a minimum 2-year degree or certification in industrial systems or a related field are required
