Requirements

• Completed successful vocational training, ideally in a technical occupational profile
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable employment, preferably as a machine operator in a production environment
• Learning and performance willingness as well as technical interest
• Basic PC knowledge, especially safe handling of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Teams, PowerApps
• Readiness for continuous development in relation to improvement processes such as IWS
• Possession of a valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Physical fitness and willingness to work in a 3-shift rhythm
• Good team skills and communication skills
• Goal-oriented and careful, independent, and structured working
• Initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving competence
• Basic knowledge of English
