British American Tobacco Mexico is looking for an Operations Intern in Monterrey to support continuous improvement initiatives, perform operational data analysis, and provide general support to the area.
Requirements
- Active student of an Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Business Management, Systems or related), with a graduation projected for mid-2027 or later, and without plans for exchange during the next year.
- Availability to work 30 hours a week, with flexible hours according to the academic load, and residence/availability to work in Monterrey when applicable.
- Intermediate level of English and solid handling of MS Office tools; desirable knowledge in data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI) and platforms like PowerApps.
- Analytical and operational skills, including process analysis, critical thinking, prioritization capacity, problem-solving, people management (desirable) and basic understanding of industrial safety.
- Personal and extracurricular competences, such as leadership, teamwork, communication, negotiation, as well as participation in student activities, sports or international activities (plus)
