Deputy Engineering Manager

Our client has been an industry leader in kitchen manufacturing for 35 years, and is now the UK's fastest growing designer, manufacturer and retailer of fully assembled kitchen cabinets. We require an Assistant Engineering Manager to support the Engineering Manager in leading the site Engineering function through an exciting period of development.

Requirements

• Responsible for supporting the managing/development and implementation of constant improvement plans for the Engineering Dept.
• Ensure that all site/machine breakdowns are dealt with in an effective/timely manner, including KPI’s
• Ensure engineering compliance is maintained providing safe equipment for people, product and the environment
