Quality Manager

Role Overview

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing all employees and activities in the quality and hold department. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and will work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to achieve this goal.

What You Will Do

The Quality Manager will be responsible for investigating and correcting internal problems, participating in customer visits, and responding to customer needs and requests. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures, and for training employees on these processes.

Requirements

• General Educational Diploma (GED) or High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
• Previous experience in Quality Manufacturing setting
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work with customers
• Supervising and leading employees
• Working with computers
