Quality Manager

The Quality Manager supervises all Quality Assurance technicians at plant locations, coordinating priorities and overseeing ongoing training. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Assurance, or a related field, and 6-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience and proficiency in data collection and analysis.

Requirements

• Coordinating and balancing department priorities with various departments
• Oversight of ongoing training of all department employees
• Support for manufacturing engineers, machine operators, supervisors, planners, etc.
• Performing audits around the plant
• Creating work requests to address department equipment issues
• Working with outside vendors to maintain calibration/service contracts
• Considering new technologies for manufacturing
• Writing work instructions for new equipment
• Collecting data and providing analyses
• Leading project management initiatives
