THOMPSON BATH is looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to lead retail lead-generation efforts inside Home Depot and Sam's Club stores in the Las Vegas market. The ideal candidate is highly outgoing, competitive, and performance-driven.
Requirements
- Lead retail lead-generation efforts inside high-traffic stores
- Recruit, train, and push a team of Event Demonstrators to hit aggressive targets
- Personally engage customers and generate appointments daily
- Booking and managing a full retail event calendar
- Driving appointment volume inside Home Depot & Sam's Club locations
- Hiring, training, and coaching a high-output team
- Setting the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism
- Tracking metrics daily and adjusting strategy to outperform goals
- Turning foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations
- Following up on contest leads and converting them to appointments
