Requirements
- 5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems
