Tubbs by Grubbs is seeking a Showroom Consultant to provide positive and memorable experiences for customers through inbound and outbound calls, in-home consultations, and product presentations.

Requirements

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in bathroom upgrades
• Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
• Welcome and engage walk-in customers in the showroom
• Learn and confidently present our products to prospective clients
• Overcome objections and guide conversations with confidence
• Deliver a positive, professional first impression every time
