Job Description
Baton is a modern, data-driven marketplace for buying and selling small businesses. As a Software Engineer, you'll work on building the agentic platform that powers this marketplace, shipping full-stack AI features and owning 0-to-1 projects.
Requirements
- Shipped and owned production AI systems end-to-end
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent Python skills and experience integrating foundation models in production
- A track record of shipping and strong product sense
- Comfort in ambiguity and ability to turn uncertainty into clarity
