The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and preservation of the school's physical plant and grounds.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in general maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with basic OSHA safety standards and building codes.
