Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising – NYC Hybrid or Remote

BaubleBar is seeking a Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of onsite merchandising experience across their Shopify storefront. The ideal candidate has strong ecommerce merchandising experience and a sharp creative eye, with a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of digital merchandising experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Shopify 2-3 years' experience required; Shopify Plus strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Excel and experience with analytics tools
