Studio Assistant – Part-time NYC

BaubleBar is looking for a Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of their photo studio in NYC, helping to manage product flow, prepare product trays, and assist with on-set production needs.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working hands-on with product and studio equipment
• Ability to manage physical product handling and studio setup
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with Monday.com is a plus)
