People Operations Analyst

We're looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR data, reporting or systems experience who enjoys improving processes and helping teams work smarter.

Requirements

• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with People Operations colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver consistent, high quality operational support.
• Operational Data Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our people data across the HR systems landscape.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain and deliver HR dashboards and reports for operational and strategic use.
• Systems & Continuous Improvement: Act as an escalation point for data and system issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems where possible.
