Werkstudent (w/m/d) Group Procurement

We are looking for a student to join our Group Procurement team in Hamburg's city center. As a student in business administration, data science, or business analytics, you will support our procurement topics, create standard reports, and analyze data to gain insights. The position is part-time, with at least 15 hours a week over three days.

Requirements

• Support in creating standard reports of our procurement key figures
• Analyses and data analysis (e.g. in Power BI) to gain insights from procurement data
• Support for ongoing projects in the Procurement Excellence area
• Creation of presentations and support in creating decision-making documents for management
• Maintenance and updating of document templates and process handbooks
• Use of our Contract Life Cycle Management Tool for creating and monitoring contracts
