Lead AI Engineer

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to join their AI Enablement team. The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI enabled software solutions, working closely with Product Leads to shape and deliver real solutions, and exploring and experimenting with new and emerging AI technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend expertise
• Strong proficiency in Python and cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
• Proven experience integrating AI or LLM based services into production systems
• Experience with DevOps or MLOps tooling including CI CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and logging
