Job Description
We are looking for a LEGENDARY leader to join our All-Star leadership team at Baumhower's Victory Grille. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full service or casual dining restaurant management experience, a servant leader's heart, and a passion for delivering a LEGENDARY experience to every guest, every time.
Requirements
- 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or experience leading a team of others
- Servant, selfless leaders with a passion for people and serving others!
- Must have a CHAMPIONSHIP mindset and is always looking to be the best they can be for their team and guests!
