Requirements

• Support in the care of private and business customers in all insurance matters
• Conduct of tenders and bid procedures
• Correspondence with insurance companies and clients
• Customer data maintenance
• Processing of incoming customer inquiries by email and telephone
• Conduct of mailings, letters, customer information
• Processing of applications, contract changes and coverage notes
• Preparation of annual meetings and creation of contract summaries
