Join our diversified global pharmaceutical company as a Production Technician to assemble, adjust, and operate various machines in the Packaging department. Under the supervision of the Technical Supervisor, Packaging, the successful candidate will maintain equipment in optimal operating conditions and execute tasks in accordance with BPF and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Lot production
- Ensure the assembly/disassembly and operation of equipment in accordance with current procedures and instructions.
- Complete with diligence the production documentation.
- Ensure that the machines are in good working condition on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with operators and team leaders to ensure compliance with production schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement to optimize equipment performance.
- Work in a team to resolve equipment functioning issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the established calendar.
- Ensure that production steps are followed as specified in the FMC.
- Perform any other task as requested by their supervisor.
- Equipment and Material
- Ensure the good functioning and compliance of equipment and premises.
- Verify that equipment is used in accordance with standards.
- Inform team leader/manager in case of problems encountered.
- Respect production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yield).
- Perform equipment and premises cleaning.
- Ensure that directives are respected.
- Verify, complete, and transmit batch files and documentation.
- Take necessary measures to preserve the integrity of people, assets, and products in case of anomalies.
- Ensure that entries are made in production management systems.
- BPF and HSE
- Perform their work in accordance with BPF and HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Apply HSE directives, procedures, and instructions on a daily basis.
- Ensure that any quality/HSE incidents are reported to their manager.
- Report problems and propose improvements.
