We are looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Security Specialist to join our global cybersecurity team within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of global experience in TI or a technical field, including 3-5 years in cybersecurity, OT security, industrial systems, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of OT/ICS environments and their differences from traditional TI systems.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, including system accounts, authentication, authorization, and least privilege practices.
• Good mastery of network security concepts such as firewalls, ports, protocols, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and SIEM, as well as the ability to contribute to troubleshooting, incident investigation, and understanding of attack techniques and malicious actor behaviors.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, IT, and integrators).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global, multiregional environment.
