Baxter is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel - Ethics & Compliance to advance the company's E&C Program and strengthen a culture of integrity across the organization.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal or compliance experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
