Job Description
At Baxter, we believe every person deserves a chance to live a healthy life. We're looking for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to partner with our ANZ Pharmacy & Supply Chain Operations teams across Australia and help elevate our safety performance and culture.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Health, EHS, Engineering or related fields
- Prior EHS experience with Manufacturing/Operations/Pharmaceuticals/FMCG industries is good to have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence groups and individuals
- Strong interpersonal skills, passionate about generating excitement toward a common goal
- Knowledge in handling ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Systems
- Knowledge of Australian EHS Regulations is required
- Self-starter with creative and proactive thinking abilities
