Manager I, Quality Control

The company is seeking a Manager I, Quality Control, to supervise, plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all activities of the Quality Laboratory to ensure the safety and reliability of Baxter products, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Supervising, planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all activities of the Quality Laboratory
• Managing the activities of the Quality Control Laboratory organization
• Interpreting applicable quality and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring compliance with testing SOPs and specifications
• Monitoring the testing techniques and accuracy of all records and documentation
• Managing operating budget for the laboratory
• Ensuring completion of all testing in a timely and appropriate manner
• Providing necessary support related to Non-Conformity Reports, Validations, Change Controls, and CAPA's
