Operator III - Molding (2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical ability, and technical experience and education
• Competence to read, write, use a calculator and operate maintenance tools.
• Prior machine operating experience & the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues.
• Preferred Forklift experience a plus
• Capability to comprehend and interpret electronic documents and specifications. Computer proficient
• Ability to be cross train in other departments.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
• Able to complete documentation legibly.
• Excellent ability to communicate and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Low absenteeism.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 2 pounds repetitively.
