Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, ideally in manufacturing or operations
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and capital analysis
- A track record of leading changes and influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience in matrixed, global environments
- Strong communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
