Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience developing electromechanical hardware, ideally in medical devices or other regulated industries
- Deep expertise in embedded electronics, including analog and digital circuit design
- Proven experience designing products to meet electromagnetic emissions and immunity standards
- Strong proficiency with PCB schematic and layout tools (Altium Designer preferred)
- Experience using data acquisition and test tools such as LabVIEW
- A passion for mentoring, collaboration, and raising the technical bar for those around you
- A mindset that blends engineering rigor with creative problem-solving
