In the role of Steam Sterilization Superintendent at Baxter, you will guide our manufacturing operations, foster relationships, organize processes, and keep communication transparent.
Requirements
- Meet production requirements and deliver quality products on time and within budget.
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations across one or multiple departments.
- Implement control systems and emphasize training to eliminate product discrepancies.
