The Front Desk and Safety Lead is responsible for monitoring student release, assessing school safety, and following protocols to ensure no trespassers on site and students are released only to authorized adults.
Requirements
- Must pass criminal background check and TB test clearance
- Must meet be able to work everyday during after school hours and commit to an academic school year
- Must be able to work independently or as a member of a team
- Must be able to communicate openly in a professional manner with program coordinator, students, parents, community partners, and after school and school day staff
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
Benefits
- $500 signing bonus after 90 days of successful continuous employment
- Pay range: $22-$24 an hour DOE
- 12-22 hours per week
