Certified Nursing Assistant - Post Surgical Unit - Full Time

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Requirements

• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Able to work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and developmental stages of care
• Proficiency in basic computer use and electronic documentation
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
• Previous CNA experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, observational, and communication skills required
