Job Description
The Housing Director provides leadership and oversight of all housing programs funded through HUD, including the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC), with a specific focus on serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in housing, homeless services, or HUD-funded programs
- Strong knowledge of ESG and CoC regulations, VAWA protections, and HUD program compliance
